Matthew Stanger joined Ray Angelini, Inc. (RAI) in March 2017 as general counsel. In his role, he is responsible for advising RAI management on all aspects of sales and operations, including contract review, dispute resolution, adhering to corporate formalities, insurance and bonding issues, corporate compliance issues, employment issues and any number of related matters.
Matt comes to RAI well-grounded after years practicing corporate and commercial law as an attorney, partner, member, corporate counsel, and chief development officer for a number of entities, including American Water Enterprises, Mount Laurel, NJ; FisherBroyles LLP, NY, NY; Blue Sky Power, LLC, Haddonfield, NJ; Lauletta Birnbaum, LLC, Washington Twp., NJ; Flaster/Greenberg, P.C., Cherry Hill, NJ; and Porzio, Bromberg & Newman, P.C., Morristown, NJ.
Prior to attending law school, Matt was employed as an engineer with Applied Water Management, Inc., Hillsborough, NJ where he designed on-site water and wastewater treatment systems and managed the company’s operations division.
Matt brings a dynamic blend of legal, engineering and business skills to his role at RAI. His experience aptly focuses on renewable energy, land use, real estate, commercial litigation, construction and a host of other corporate matters.
A graduate of Rutgers University School of Law, Camden, NJ, Matt also holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, with a field of study in Bioenvironmental Engineering from Rutgers University New Brunswick College of Engineering, New Brunswick, NJ.
Matt lives with his family in Sewell, NJ.
