RAI provided a complete turnkey installation of a single-axis elevated tracker system located on the top roof deck of Johnson & Johnson’s World Headquarters Employee Parking Garage.

The system consisted of 150 tons of specially designed/engineered/manufactured structural tube steel that was hot dip-galvanized and field welded in place, creating a canopy structure that was elevated 8.5 feet above the deck surface and covered more than 38,000 square feet.

RAI scope included but was not limited to:

  • Project permitting
  • Rigging & lifting
  • Steel erection & welding
  • Installation of modules, combiner boxes, disconnects, inverters, conduit, junction boxes, raceways, wire, C.I.S, fuses, main breakers, transformers, DAS system, weather monitoring, equipment, CAT 5 communication line
  • NJ State BPU inspections
  • System start-up, testing & warranty
