This is a municipal project that was publicly advertised as a performance-based specification. The requirements of
the bid documents stipulated a complete turnkey photovoltaic design / installation and power purchase agreement
(PPA) financing package that would be awarded to the low and responsible bidder. RAI Inc. and WorldWater & Solar
Technologies Corp. entered into an alliance to offer the owner a turnkey solution.
The project consists of five (5) independent roof arrays spread across separate buildings, as follows:
- Cultural Arts Center – 34.944 kW
- New Public Works Complex – 180.544 kW
- Police / Vehicle Maintenance Building – 69.888 kW
- Civic Center – 90.272 kW
- Fire Station #1 – 78.624 kW
