RAI provided the design acquisition and installation of a pre-engineered Butler® raised roof walkway canopy system to be the supporting structure in order to mount the 105 KW of 208 watt Sharp® modules. The modules were attached to the corrugated raised ribbed roof mechanically using a Uni-Rac® mounting system. RAI was responsible for the helical pier installation which made up the foundation system along with the structural steel installation. RAI scope included but was not limited to: project permitting, rigging & lifting, labor, helical piers, Butler® steel erection & welding, installation of modules, Uni-Rac® Mounting system, combiner boxes, disconnects, inverters, conduit, junction boxes, raceways, wire, C.I.S, fuses, main breakers, transformers, DAS system, weather monitoring, equipment, CAT communication line, NJ State BPU, inspections, system start-up, testing & warranty
