As part of RAI’s Renewable Energy Program and fueled growth of the Solar Energy Industry as a whole, RAI formed the Solar Maintenance Division to perform operations and maintenance services for both its portfolio of projects and for clients. RAI has developed a state-of-the-art Operations Center which monitors all of our projects on a 24-hour continuous basis. The division has extensive experience with all major Data Acquisition System (DAS) providers and has the ability to respond to alarms 24 hours per day, 7 days per week, 365 days per year. Over 50 projects are monitored in the Operations Center at any one time. RAI also provides clients with real-time analysis of data, remote troubleshooting, and dispatch of service technicians for onsite repair.

A staff of fully trained service technicians have extensive training in the solar energy industry and are fully equipped to address any repair. RAI stocks spare parts from all major suppliers to the solar industry and also acts as warranty representative for owners to repair equipment still under the manufacturer’s warranty.

A comprehensive preventive maintenance program is designed to maintain an owner’s solar electric facility such that system downtime due to unanticipated breakdowns are virtually eliminated. RAI’s philosophy is to work with the owner to develop a maintenance program that exceeds needs while ensuring the costs of the maintenance program are predictable year after year.
