The Assistant Project Manager (APM) assists the Project Manager (PM) administratively in assembling project requirements, managing project cost, upholding quality and building to contractual scope. The APM will work with the PM to develop the most important factors in the planning stage including scope and budget. The APM will assist the PM in management direction, project start-up through completion, client satisfaction and financial outcome of assigned construction projects. Responsible for team project billings, job forecasting review, and job closeout reviews, estimation and project management of assigned jobs.

Qualified applicant must have 2-3 years of relevant work experience.
