Job Opening: Project Coordinator

The successful Project Coordinator will be able to handle the entire construction bid process, including ordering documents, preparing bid packages, completing bid package, obtaining bid bonds and insurance, and submitting the bid. Other responsibilities include working with various online client sites to support electronic bid package submittals, completing pre-qualification packages, and preparing bid advertisements.

Qualified candidates must have:

  • Construction industry experience
  • Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Problem solving abilities
  • Communications skills, both verbal and written
  • Time Management skills
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
